The De Saligny, located at 1111 and 1115 W 12th St in Clarksville, has some wonderful condos. The units seem to vary enormously, however. If you see one and you don’t like it, don’t give up. Different floor plans have different features and many of the owners have remodeled their units to make them their own. Generally, though, it’s worth knowing that the finish out is more traditional (i.e. no exposed ducts, walls are drywalled, etc.) Many of the units have crown molding.
The complex surrounds a beautiful community pool and courtyard.

The location for the De Saligny is fantastic! You’re in Clarksville, a neighborhood full of charming Clarksville homes and the W. Lynn retail area with Cafe Medici, Nau’s Pharmacy and Galaxy Cafe. You’re also just a few blocks walk from Downtown Austin hotspots like Wink and Whole Foods Market.
