District 51 condos are modern and sophisticated. When the development first went up, I would get calls specifically asking me what it was. Different elements were used on the exteriors which give it a dramatic feel.

The condos themselves are charming. Upstairs are the living areas in most floor plans. They have wood floors and dramatic vaulted ceilings. There is exposed ductwork but it’s mild in its treatment. Many have small outdoor spaces. All have garages.

District 51 is on the edge of North Hyde Park. It’s near the North Loop shopping areas, the Triangle and everything going on at the Meuller development.
