The Remington is located just west of Lamar on 12th St. While officially just outside of Downtown Austin, it’s a great alternative to some of the Downtown Austin Condos.
It’s an older condo complex. Made up of two buildings, the units have high ceilings, oak flooring in the living areas and crown molding.
Parking is generally on the street level – either outside or under the buildings. There are elevators but not all units have direct access to an elevator landing floor.
Some of the units even have views of the Texas State Capital.
