360 Condominium Tower

360 Condominium was completed in 2008. Many people seem to refer to it as the building with the antenna on top of it (see photo). It’s located in one of the best Downtown Austin condo locations just north of the Austin City Music Hall at 3rd and Nueces.

The building is 44 stories. The first floor is commercial space, floors 2 through 8 are parking and the units start on the 9th floor. Floors 9 through 16 have a more units per floor than 17 up. At 17, the tower narrows and leaving the 17th floor residents access to their 17th floor-only balcony. All in all, there are 430 units. Four elevators accommodate the residents.

Ceiling heights are mostly 9 feet. Two floors, floors 16 and floor 44 have 10 foot ceilings. The units have floor to ceiling windows and are known for their spectacular views.

360 Condominium amenities include 24/7 concierge service, pool deck, media room, common bar/kitchen area and exercise room. Additionally, 360 offers a web service that allows you to check in with the concierge and change your room temperature via the internet. This can be a great service if you forget to turn your A/C up when you leave town.
