Brazos Place
Brazos Place is situated at 8th and Brazos, just a stone’s throw from the Paramount and State Theaters. The building was a conversion for which the first units were delivered in 2007.
Formerly the Paramount Hotel, the developer added balconies on most of the units to provide outdoor space. There’s also a roof top deck with views of the Capitol residents can enjoy, not to mention a gym and 24/7 on-site assistance.
The units have exposed ductwork, stained concrete floors and granite counter tops.
The developer created loft-like spaces while including traditional bedrooms.
