The Cambridge Condominiums are a wonderful value for Downtown Austin real estate. The location is west of the Capital and just south of the University of Texas campus.
Built in 1964, at a time when kitchens were separate from the rest of the house, the Cambridge sports some open space-challenged floor plans. That aside, there are some lovely 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans. And the Cambridge has floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies around most of the unit walls. Lots of light!
