Posada del Rey is a oft-overlooked condo complex. It was built in the 60′s. And in line with what was going on in the 60′s, some of the kitchens are set off from the rest of the condos and the ceilings aren’t as high as one would like.
So why would someone want to live here? It’s an urban oasis! It has a hacienda-style finish out with a pool in the middle of a three-story square of units. It’s location is also fantastic, on 7th between Nueces and San Antonio.
As there are fewer units in the building than many of the high rises, Posada del Rey condos only come up for sale every once in a while.
