The Shore Condominium (right)
Located on the east side of Downtown Austin, many of The Shore Condos have gorgeous views of Lady Bird Lake. South of a bend in the Lake, the building provides long views of the Lake to the west.
The Shore Condos – Units
Many respond very well to the Shore’s high-end finish out. The developer made good use of windows and balconies at the Shore. Finishes include beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and sleek doors. Floor plans start under 600 SF and go up from there.
The Shore Location
This area of downtown has seen three high-rise buildings go up in the last five years. This development will continue over time as the east side of downtown is where most of the available Downtown Austin real estate (i.e. land in this case) is located.
The Shore Amenities
Amenities include 24/7 front desk assistance (one of my favorite Downtown Austin lobbies, I might add), pool and gym. The building provides easy access to Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike trail and the Waller Creek greenbelt, which is planned to undergo major renovations over the coming years (think Austin’s green version of San Antonio’s Riverwalk.)
