Towers of Town Lake

Built in 1983, the Towers of Town Lake is one of Austin’s earlier residential high rise buildings. If you are looking for Downtown Austin living, you can usually get more space for your money here.

Towers of Town Lake – Units

Most units are at least 2 bedrooms 2 baths with a balcony. There are also three bedrooms in the building and a handful of townhomes on the grounds. Because the building was built in the 80′s, some of the interiors are dated. That being said, there are some spectacular remodels.

The Towers has some gorgeous lake views. Other views include downtown skyline and, unfortunately, I35.

The Towers of Town Lake Name

The name Towers desires from the four towers of elevator banks – A through D. Each elevator stop accesses a maximum of four units.

The Towers of Town Lake Location

The Towers of Town Lake is located right across from Ladybird Lake Trail on the eastern side of Downtown. This area has seen plenty of development recently. Additionally, it’s located on a number of acres giving residents lots of green space to rely on.

Towers of Town Lake Amenities

The size of the land and the era of the build also means the Towers of Town Lake is flush with amenities. Security gate, extra parking, 24/7 front desk/ security, exercise room, weight room, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, billiards and ping pong are not everything. There’s even a racquetball court that residents can use. Not only that, my understanding is that they’re going to retrofit the racquetball court so that people can also play half court basketball there.
