Built in 1982, the Villas on Town Lake are nestled in a bend of Downtown Austin’s Lady Bird Lake. Head out the condo complex’s back yard and you’re on the trail right at Waller Creek.
The complex has a unique feel to it. It’s lush with gardens and has stairs and decks that criss-cross throughout.
