Westgate Condos
The Westgate is situated just west from the Capitol. Owners with east-facing views can enjoy views of the Capitol and Capitol lawn year round. What a beautiful front yard! West-facing views are of the Hill Country.
The Westgate’s Condos
The Westgate was built in 1965. Ceilings were a bit lower then and the kitchens are often set separately from the living areas. For windows, the units have lovely sliding glass doors frequently throughout the units. 10th floor units enjoy large balconies that sit over the parking garage.
The Westgate’s Amenities
The Westgate has a gorgeous, Old World lobby that’s well-attended. There’s a laundry room in the building for units that haven’t upgraded to having the facilities in the unit. There’s a lovely pool situated on the top floor of the building.
