The Kinney Lofts were built in three phases starting in 2004. They’re spacious, modern and have good storage space.
Kinney Lofts – Unit set-up
Units are multi-story – two and three levels. Each unit has at least a one-car garage; many have space for two cars. The living areas are usually large and connected to the kitchen, a set up which works well for entertaining. Ceilings are high and there are lots of windows. Some of the units have to-die-for master closets.
Kinney Lofts – Condo Finishes
The finishes of each condo varies. Generally, the first floors are concrete and the upper floors wood. There’s canned lighting and / or track lighting. Kitchen counters are granite and the tile selections tasteful.
Life in Zilker Rocks
Zilker is one of my favorite neighborhoods. Residents get out regularly. There are beautiful, interesting homes and some wonderful trees. And residents are near all sorts of restaurants, music venues and Downtown Austin. Did I forget to mention Barton Springs and the Greenbelt? Some Zilker residents head down there regularly.
