Units are loft-like with a mostly industrial touches. You’ll see concrete, cinder blocks and steel framing. Units have a commercial-grade finish out. Word on the street is that they’re very solid. Many of the units have rooftop decks.

The location is just south of Ben white Boulevard. Hills Cafe is just across S. Congress. They’re known for burgers and music. They have a great back yard and music stage. Maybe you’ll hear my husband’s band play!
